By accessing and using the Eternal Beauty website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA).

1. General Eternal Beauty operates an online store selling health, beauty, skincare, hair care, and wellness products. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products & Pricing All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product.

3. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally entitled to use the payment method provided. Orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if a product is unavailable or if a pricing error has occurred.

4. Delivery We deliver within South Africa using third-party courier services. Delivery times are estimates only. Eternal Beauty is not liable for delays or damages caused by the courier. Risk of loss passes to the courier upon dispatch.

5. Returns & Refunds Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full details. Your statutory rights under the CPA are not affected by these terms.

6. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including images, text, and branding, is the property of Eternal Beauty and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by South African law, Eternal Beauty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
