Refund policy
At Eternal Beauty, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 7-day return policy under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Returned within 7 days of the date of receipt
- Unopened and in their original, undamaged packaging
- In a resalable condition with all seals intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
We are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery, or on items returned outside the 7-day window.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorisation.
Refunds Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Courier & Shipping Damage Eternal Beauty makes use of third-party courier services. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during the delivery process. If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the item and packaging immediately and contact the courier directly to lodge a claim.
Consumer Rights Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) or any other applicable South African legislation.
