Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your Eternal Beauty products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is:
- Unopened and in its original packaging
- Undamaged and in a resalable condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To initiate a return, contact us at orders@eternalbeauty.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note: We do not accept returns on opened, used, or damaged products, or on items returned after the 7-day period.
Shipping & Delivery
Eternal Beauty makes use of third-party courier services to deliver your orders. While we take every care in packaging your products securely, Eternal Beauty does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage that occurs during the courier process. Once your order has been handed to the courier, it is the responsibility of the courier service.
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product immediately upon receipt and contact the courier directly to lodge a claim. We recommend retaining all packaging until your order is confirmed satisfactory.
Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on your location within South Africa.
Privacy Policy
Eternal Beauty is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We collect only the information necessary to process your order and improve your shopping experience. Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law or to fulfil your order (e.g. courier services).
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.
Consumer Rights
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA), you have the right to:
- Receive goods that are safe and of good quality
- Be informed about the products you purchase
- Return unsafe or defective goods
Nothing in these policies limits or waives your statutory rights under South African law.
